How to fix: Hyperlinks do not open in MS Outlook and MS Word
Follow these simple steps to resolve this problem:
1. Click Start, click Run, type the command "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" in the Run dialog box, and then click OK.
2. Repeat step 1 for each of the following commands given below:
- regsvr32 mshtml.dll
- regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
- regsvr32 browseui.dll
- regsvr32 msjava.dll
